Wirks Moving and Storage is actively searching for a Sales Representative! Our office in Marietta is looking for a dependable self-starter with strong verbal communication skills, a great attitude, and a genuine desire to help others! As an inside sales representative, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound leads, communicating with potential customers to close the sale, scheduling on-site surveys, and performing virtual surveys. A great candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be well-spoken and persuasive, and be a great listener!

Job Responsibilities:

· NO COLD CALLS!

· Presenting and discussing several moving options and services based on the customer’s needs, desires, and situation

· Communicate with customers and co-workers effectively to build the overall customer experience

· Convert phone and virtual estimates into scheduled moving jobs

· Maintain relationship throughout from sale to end of the move

· Be able to navigate and work within a high-operating CRM system

· Calculating move inventories and estimating time & cost projections

· Contacting customers about new sales and special events

· Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development

Schedule:

Full-Time

40 hours per week with the opportunity for Overtime

Compensation Plan: $15 Per Hour plus bonuses and commission

Requirements:

- Experience and knowledge of the moving and storage industry are preferred but not required

- Understanding of the geographical area around Atlanta

- Technology savvy and resourceful

- Proper phone etiquette and communication skills

- Time management

- Upbeat, motivated, enthusiastic, dependable & trustworthy
