Maintenance Superintendent/Account Manager

Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervision of large commercial accounts or municipal maintenance ( landscape, park or buildings or any combination thereof ) project(s) and crew. Position requires clean DMV (2 points or less), physical/drug screen and background/DOJ check.

Wage: $45-$50 Hour DOE/Q (estimated direct annual wages of ($93,600 to $104,000 and includes wages, vacation, holidays, and sick days). Additional possible estimated compensation (estimated between $5,000 and $20,000) in the form of commute vehicle, 401k match, ESOP contribution, assistance with payment of medical premium and deductible, and possible bonus. Total possible estimated compensation package of $93,600 to $124,000

Workdays: M-F 6/7AM-3/4PM, some flexibility

Brief Job Description: Supervise landscape, park and building maintenance crews; primary contact with client; organize and implement schedules; have practical experience with all equipment and tasks relative to landscape maintenance; ability to use Word and Excel software; ability to read, speak and write English; ability to speak Spanish (not required) and other duties as may be assigned.
