Position Summary

Test Rite USA is actively looking for top-tier eCommerce talent to join our ever growing and dynamic eCommerce team! With a background of over 40 years in global sourcing for major brick and mortar retailers, Test Rite is expanding aggressively into Ecommerce sales channels. The candidate will be a passionate, energetic and dedicated marketing professional with a genuine commitment to developing a promising career in digital marketing in the E-commerce field.

This exciting role has the opportunity to lead and drive growth and expansion execution across eCommerce channels. The position will also have stake at developing his/ her own product and sales strategy and be responsible for managing monthly forecast and project sales across channels. We love and welcome creative minds who are results-driven and able to work with the cross functional teams to achieve targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position:

  • This person will manage and optimize our varied and dynamic product assortment to drive revenue, maximize margin and grow sales in the channel
  • Monitor and maintain brand and seller account health
  • Upload and optimize product listings, content, visual assets, and conversion rates
  • Track and analyze product performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews
  • Build actionable insights from amazon and other marketplace data analytics that can be converted directly into strategy
  • Review competitor product listings to identify best practices, new product opportunities and areas in need of improvements
  • Monitor marketing performance and spend for keyword campaigns and product ads
  • Analyze sales performance on a weekly basis
  • Forecast and plans inventory purchases and shipments to ensure proper stock level for the main warehouse and customer’s fulfillment centers
  • Full ownership of a discount/promotional calendar
  • Develop and continuously refine an AMS/PPC strategy to drive profitable growth, making sure customer acquisition costs fit within our product margin model

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education needed to successfully perform job:

  • BA, BS, any field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience of selling and growing 3P marketplace channels in both US and internationally is a plus.
  • 5 years + experience on managing national e-tailers preferred. (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, or Shopfiy.)
  • Expert knowledge and experience with building and refining AMS and other PPC Ads strategy that has driven profitable customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills via email, phone, and face to face with teammates and external partners.
  • Advance knowledge in SEO and copywriting skills

  • Ability to deal with fast pace environment.
  • 3+ years account management experience in marketplace model.
  • International Amazon seller central experience will be a huge plus.

  • Communicate via telephone, computer, video conference with both national and international teams
  • Ability to use various methods of transportation as required for domestic and international travel
  • Ability to spend 1-3 weeks a year outside of the U.S

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
