Fenchem Inc. is looking to hire Account Managers (Animal Feed Dept.) to join our team! We are looking for self-driven sales professionals who can build strong business to business relationships to grow with the company.

Job Description:
As a sales representative at Fenchem USA, you will be responsible to identify and develop market opportunities to capture sales and anticipate the needs of the market and our customers.

· Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
· Researches prospective customers to determine their potential.
· Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
· Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
· Coordinates sales efforts between product managers, sales managers, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
· Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
· Maintains knowledge of product applications, technical services, market conditions, and trends.
· Performs other sales/market-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong planning, organizing, and follow up skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment
  • Team player
  • 35% to 40% Business travels in the US (Travels are cut back due to COVID19. Our sales representatives are currently arranging meetings with clients via Zoom.)
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
