The position is an in-office role in Draper, Utah.

Our Sales Development Supervisor will work closely with the entire revenue leadership team to help cultivate and shape the success of the Sales Development team.
What You Will do:
- Lead a team of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives
- Build and drive pipeline by motivating, coaching, measuring your team of SDRs
- Collaborate with the revenue leadership team to drive pipeline and optimize sales opportunities.
- Develop team KPIs and dashboards to assist in making data-driven decisions and optimizing individual performance.
- Perform quarterly performance and career development progress reviews. Hold regular one-on-one meetings to ensure goals are met and to provide consistent, constructive feedback.
- Help to develop scripts, talk tracks, and product use cases to improve the quality and quantity of demo appointments scheduled.
- Participate in regular company and office meetings to share SDR progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution.
- Internalize and champion the NEOGOV mission, vision, and culture.

What You Have
- 2+ years experience leading an SDR team in a SaaS sales environment.
- Passion for sales training, motivating, coaching, and implementing sales strategies in a high-growth environment.
- An ability to define team goals with sales leadership and accountability in meeting those objectives.
- High proficiency with Salesforce & SalesLoft to maintain data integrity and report on SDR activity and metrics obtainment.
