Account Manager – Population Health Management – Pharmacy or Nursing degree
Are you searching for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative team? Do you have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Nursing degree and an interest in population health management? Are you passionate about innovation, personal growth, client management and using your nursing or pharmacy experience in a consulting environment? If this sounds like you, let’s meet!
About us:
American Health & Wellness (AHW) is an employee benefits broker, and has been serving corporate clients since 2001. We are seeking experienced people, from within and outside the Employee Benefits industry, to join our dynamic team. We are NOT your typical employee benefits broker! We focus on consulting, data analytics, medical and pharmacy risk management, and provide comprehensive wellness programs to help our clients reduce healthcare costs, while improving their employees’ health.
As we expand our population health and risk management services deeper into the medical and pharmaceutical areas, we are seeking nurses and pharmacists that will lead and advise corporate clients in managing their employee benefits with financial evaluations, plan design reviews, benchmarking, and hospital/pharmaceutical strategies. Knowing that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach, we evaluate medical and pharmaceutical programs to deliver the best solutions to our corporate clients. We know that hospital and pharmacy expenses continue to be a significant pain point for most employers and continually search for innovative strategies that produce significant savings.
Our employees receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, critical illness, accident insurance, and matching 401k retirement plan. We believe in wellness, so our employees are rewarded up to $2,500 every year for participating in our company wellness program.
