Matt Leach Allstate Insurance Agency is one of the largest Allstate Agencies in the Columbus area. We are one of the top producing Allstate insurance agencies in the country and are consistently

recognized in the top 5% of all agencies nationwide for both growth and customer satisfaction.

We are now accepting resumes for Sales Agents for our agency in Hilliard, OH.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including health

care options. Agents earn around $50-60,000 per year on average. However, our top Agents earn

$100,000+.

A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position but we can show you

how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

Here is the ideal candidate... Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who

never meets a stranger, has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well

with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. And, they must be able

to close deals.

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
