Now Hiring - Barcel USA LLC - Manufacturing Operations Sales Support in Boring, OR

The Operations Sales Support will enable the frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively, in order to drive greater revenue, by providing strategic direction via data insights and reducing friction in the sales process.

The Operations Sales Support will assist the Business Units sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications. He/She will assist the operations sales lead manage sales administration, business analytics and planning, and sales enablement.

• Primary source of all relevant data from BU to field (Example: IRI, Spectra, Margin Miner, DSD Scorecard).
• Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign.
• Oversee the use of various applications and platforms to produce data for the sales team
• Support Operations Sales Lead with data pulls and insights related to forecast.
• Support Business Unit Sales Manager in territory mapping.
• Responsible to support the training and development of all associates in company systems as it relates to data.
• Responsible to track and report performance (Sales, Budget, Avenues of Growth, Bonus, Safety) through data insights.
• May be responsible to coordinate and maintain processes as it relates to relaying source of information and data internally and externally.
• other duties as assigned by your supervisor

What Will I Be Doing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics or relatable field preferred
• Proven Sales experience - preferably in the consumer goods industry. Management and team coordination experience.
• Highly developed analytic skills, experience in presentation and communication to senior management.
• High level of sense of urgency
• High level of Microsoft office skills (Pivot table, Macros, Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Bilingual preferred English & Spanish
• Travel domestic, up to 25%
