What are we looking for:
Individuals are expected to possess a combination of skills that relate to the internal operations of ACV Auctions and ACV Capital in handling all financial transactions and tracking of Inventory as well as experience. Proficient in operating NetSuite and Salesforce. Manage the security and compliance to all Federal and State legal requirements as well as retention periods associated with Dealers Applications, Contracts, UCC filing and all Confidential information.

Attention to detail is paramount in ensuring accuracy in the process of boarding new accounts and the retention of pertinent documents such as Titles, Bill of Sale, ACH Remittance, etc. In addition, the oversight of all financial transactions within the portfolio. Assist the Floorplan Operations Manager in daily tasks when unavailable. The individual must have strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a high-volume environment. The individual must demonstrate both written and oral communication skills.

What youll be doing:

• Manage the timely processing of floor-plan payments
• Implement ACH payments
• Monitor daily reports
• Resolve payment errors within NetSuite
• Assist with leading the operations team when the Floorplan Operations Manager is unavailable
• Problem-solving and contributing to new process method development.
• Manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail.
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner
• Ensure emails and faxes received in individual inbox or departmental inbox are reviewed and processed in a timely fashion
• Ensure prompt follow-up is maintained in payment processing within the portfolio and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Interface directly with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Ensure compliance in the completion of all assigned transactions, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review legal documentation to ensure transactions are properly secured and comply with all State and Federal Laws.
• Resolve escalated issues working with other departments within ACV Auctions and ACV Capital
• Assist with training new Floorplan Operation employees
• Take over the duties of the Floorplan Operations Manager when unavailable

What you will need:

• Past Finance, Operations and Title handling experience
• Experience in the floorplan industry
• Through, thoughtful and well organized.
• Team player, willing to learn multiple jobs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (excel, word) and G Suite
• Detail-oriented, while maintaining the ability to prioritize and facilitate multiple projects.
• Eagerness to tackle complex challenges, and humbleness when it comes to fulfilling some of the simpler tasks that keep our office running day-to-day.
• A knack for solving problems creatively and resourcefully.
• Fondness for collaboration and working in a team, yet able to stay motivated while working independently.
• Experience in AR/AP, office, clerical, or automotive auction experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent customer service attitude/skills.
