Finance Forward is looking for an experienced sales assistant to join our dynamic team and take on the responsibility of being the liaison between our clients and our team. The ideal candidate will be professionally assertive and is comfortable being independent and making decisions to ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and productive way within our company.

This position would be full time with health package benefits option. Salary is between $55,000-$65,000 depending upon qualifications. Bonus structure also available.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Servicing and preparation of client accounts.

Overseeing client accounts.

Creating, sending, and following up on action items.

Collecting, reviewing and preparing data for reports.

Reporting discrepancies.

Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.

Willingness to attend training for various software systems

At least 2 years of sales support

Bachelor’s preferred but not required

Detail oriented

Customer service experience

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
