Flooring Sales Specialist
JOB SUMMARY :

Riemer Floors is seeking an Flooring Sales Associate. Our sales associates are responsible for assisting customers with their flooring selections, visiting consumer homes to measure and draw floor plans in detail, writing quotes/orders, and performing thorough follow-up activities.

Start as a salaried associate helping maintain the showroom and helping clients with their flooring needs in our state-of-the-art showroom and earn while you learn our products and procedures. As you progress, you will move into our commission-based sales structure. Our support teams take most of the operational burden off your shoulders, allowing you to do what you do best: selling!

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. Saturdays are required on a rotating basis.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
• Computer knowledge/skills, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Working knowledge of CAD beneficial
• Ability work independently and prioritize work
• Driven to exceed and meet sales goals
• Excellent Organization skills
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Minimum One (1) year experience in flooring sales
• Basic understanding of home furnishing design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Sanitizing of the facility is done bi weekly, Daily cleaning of surfaces, doors, switches etc performed 3x daily
