Territory Manager:

In this role you will lead and manage a team of Account Managers and operations experts to deliver exceptional landscape services and a memorable client experience. Territory Manager will monitor and drive financial results of all territory activities and work closely with our shared services to consistently grow and enhance our brand in the market.

What will you do as a Territory Manager?

Client Relations / Sales:

· Foster long-term relationships with our clients and strategic partners.

· Deliver a client experience that creates raving fans and enhances referrals.

· Drive 90%+ contract retention rate.

· Achieve defined sales goals for Maintenance, Tree, Seasonal Décor, and Landscape Enhancements.

Personnel:

· Effectively plan and manage all activities of the territory.

· Lead, manage, and hold accountable assigned direct reports.

· Recruit, hire, Develop, and retain associates.

· Foster a culture that supports the overall company core values.

Operations:

· Collaborate with operations to ensure production meets or exceed goals.

· Ensure the job quality is maintained at company standards.

· Think proactively and anticipate needs in 30, 90 day, and annual increments.

· Achieve budgeted gross margin dollars and percent for your territory.

· Craft annual budget for the territory in alignment with company growth and profit goals

· Seek continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.

Other Duties:

· Participate in winter snow operations when required.

· Participate in general business building activities, as needed

· Support the needs of other key business areas including; human resources, finance, fleet, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
