Description:

ACE Solar, one of the area's fastest growing solar companies, is looking to add energetic, self-motivated individuals to sell PV Solar Systems to residential and commercial customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine.

Successful candidates must have an understanding of solar, be a team player, and be willing to work hard to build a future in renewable energy. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, and be really good with numbers, have a strong ability to self-manage and display the ability to grasp and reiterate solar energy concepts. We take a low-pressure, consultative approach to selling solar, ensuring our clients are comfortable with their decision to invest in their home or business.

Responsibilities include:

· Create financial proposals with provided pricing tools

· Participate in lead generation activities like trade shows and networking events

· Attend meetings with potential clients to explain the value of installing solar

· Communicate with your own and company-provided leads for sales development

· Manage customer expectations related to project timelines and milestones

· Track and make notes of sales activities within our CRM

Requirements:

· 2+ years of solar sales experience

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of New England solar incentives and programs

· Driver’s license
