Desired Skills and Experience

*Must be comfortable cold calling and with inside sales in general
- Friendly, customer-service orientation is a must as this role will interact via phone and email with our market of insurance agents and bankers
-Must be able to maintain effective business relationships internally and externally Strong communication (oral and written) required
- I will want to see a few writing samples from candidates

-Mid-level computer skills required (Microsoft Office suite)

Candidate will assist our business development and underwriting staff as we grow our P&C bank business.
- Assists on prospecting efforts (calling banks and agents to identify opportunity dates) and assists in managing agency relationships to achieve production and profitability objectives
- Updates database with opportunity dates and proper agency contact details
- Prescreens banks for solicitation prioritization by reviewing publicly available information about location, size, operating profile, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
