Pay Structure

• $60,000 to $120,000 Salary plus commission below
• 15% commission uncapped on all testing on first year of client testing.
• 3% commission uncapped after 1 year of client testing.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Bring in current book of business.
• Prospect new business and conduct the sale process from cold call to contract.
• Develop leads through daily cold calling, networking, and referrals to pursue new prospects.
• Market laboratory testing services to new customers.
• Establish relationships with clients and identify opportunities to sell to their testing needs.
• Present the features and benefits of various laboratory services within multiple types of settings and across a variety of populations.
• Verbally communicate accurate information to clients in an ethical and professional manner.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
• Strictly adhere to all HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments regarding sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bring current book of Business with minium 1 client for testing.
• Excellent sales experience and cold calling communication skills.
• Proven track record of closing sales with book of business in medical testing.
• Always demonstrate professional etiquette.
• Engaging and energetic interpersonal skills.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, and ability to prioritize.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail a must.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook required.

Experience:

• Previous sales experience in Medical sales minimum 1 year required.
• Previous cold calling sales experience necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
