Compensation is based on your success in meeting individual sales goals.

The responsibilities include assisting customers to select a new or used vehicle that meets their needs and desires, demonstrate and teach the customer the features and technology on each of their interested vehicles, transition the customer into their newly purchased or leased vehicle, and follow up to insure customer satisfaction.
