Inside Sales Representative / Sales manager

Replogle Globes LLC. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of geographic globes, maps and educational products. We offer a team-oriented environment, hands-on ownership and a supportive management team. We are looking for a professional, outgoing individual who can grow and establish relationships with current and new customers. This individual would also participate in the implementation of a variety of sales and marketing communication initiatives and programs such as email and social media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Representative, you will conduct outbound consumer calls to a pre-determined list of prospects and current customers. You will speak directly with current and prospective customers about Replogle Globes products and offerings via telephone and other communication initiatives. You will advise them of new product offerings and various promotions being offered.

Job Requirements

• Must enjoy selling, assisting people as well as closing deals
• Proven inside sales experience - Start-to-Finish (Initiated & Closed deals)
• Great Communication skills and the ability to sell or persuade customers on why they should take our product
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Prior Tele-sales experience preferred (Must be comfortable making a numerous amount of outbound calls)
• Strong presentation skills
• Positive Attitude
• Able to build Rapport and Relationships
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Work closely with Sales Manager’s and Customer Service team to support and grow customer base
• Familiarity with selling to Amazon.com is a benefit
• Attending trade shows and some travel is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
