Industry leading, and reputable environmental consulting firm is seeking a Marketing/Sales Representative to assist in fostering new and maintaining current client relationships in the Northeast territory (NY, CT, RI and MA).

Founded in 1998, Envirocheck, Inc is an environmental testing, laboratory & consulting firm specializing in asbestos, lead, and mold testing. This position offers new sales and account expansion opportunities in CT and NY and extensive new sales opportunities in our new MA/RI territory.

REQUIRED:

• Must be personable and be able to handle client relations issues.
• A true "People Person" with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
• Must be organized and detailed oriented.
• Highly responsible with company time.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be comfortable driving and driving within metro areas.
• Willing to attend industry events both during and after normal business hours including but not limited to: Trade Shows, Golf Tournaments, Formal Dinners, Horse Races, Bowling Events, Happy Hours, Professional Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer etc.).
• Presentation and strong writing skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Must have a secure at home work area with desk, internet connection and space to store a minimal amount of office supplies and marketing materials. Office lap top computer / printer will be provided.
• A four-year college degree.
• A minimum of 2 years sales/marketing.

DESIRED:

• Environmental consulting and testing knowledge / exposure.
• Property insurance or property management knowledge / exposure.
• Building science or construction knowledge / exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
