General Description
The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing outbound sales strategies and tactics that achieve organizational goals. This position will manage all aspects of daily sales activities, including making outbound calls, tracking results, providing feedback to management.
Primary Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities may include but not be limited to the following.
- Effectively follow and manage the lead generation process to accelerate the ramp of new franchise businesses and provide them with new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to reach weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth goals.
- Leverage purchased data and lead sources to generate sales appointments for owners across the system.
- Collaborate with franchisees to understand their sales needs and build partnerships to deliver viable sale opportunities.
- Manage sales opportunities and enter the leads into a selected CRM platform and measure the success rate of both the sales agents and owners.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education/Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, outbound call center application a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience with business intelligence tools
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with, present to, and influence all levels of an organization.
- Email marketing campaign execution, A/B Testing experience.
- Superior time management, organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter, takes initiative and problem solves to quickly arrive at business recommendation
- Agency experience a plus.
- CRM programs; Zoominfo and FranConnect a plus
- Conferencing programs, Ring Central Meetings a plus
Work Requirements and Conditions
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, stand and walk
- Operate computer and office equipment
- Vision requirements include close and meeting room vision
- Periodically required to work other than normal business hours.
- Occasional overhead lifting, bending, and stooping
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
