Looking for an energetic candidate to join Corporate FP&A. Participate in a high-energy and fast-paced work environment supporting the Company CFO, Corporate Controller and FP&A Director. Affords exposure to company’s profit trajectory and strategic initiatives.
- Strong financial, analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail, incl. tie points
- Phenomenal teammate with excellent communication and relationship skills
- Highly motivated and emotionally resilient
- Process oriented with a continuous improvement mentality
- Highly disciplined, yet highly flexible and adaptive to leadership needs
- MBA preferred (but not required)
- IMPRS, advanced Excel, PowerPoint slide skills useful

- Design, consolidate, review, and publish key Business Plan reference items for CFO, Corp. Controller, and select Executive Cabinet members (income statements, profit matrices, etc.)
- Present materials throughout process to Corporate Controller and FP&A Director
- Analyze variances, trends, metrics, and vehicle line details to develop insights and key messages for CFO and Corporate Controller
- Support Board slide development and review
- Develop analysis, conclusions, and presentation materials for ad hoc CFO presentations to the Board of Directors, helping to drive company decisions
- Lead development of Business Unit profitability targets, as required
- Develop and communicate corporate workplans and consolidation templates to stakeholders
- Lead interface with Business Unit/Segment FP&A teams, global Skill Teams, and IMPRS/IT colleagues to provide guidance and troubleshoot issues, particularly when corporate direction is needed to establish policy or drive consistency
- Interface with Center of Excellence on data and reporting needs
- Provide “fresh-eyes” support to review Forecast, Earnings Releases, and Board papers before publication
