Kroll Construction has been in business for 60 years and is a multi-million dollar home improvement company with tens of thousands of previous customers. We are looking for the best of the best to introduce our new product lines to our customer base and set no obligation appointments for our sales staff.

Here's what we’re looking for.

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities:

• Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely manner to set appointments for company reps.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Help build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet personal/team targets.
• Utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Your own computer (not a tablet).
• A strong internet connection.
• A dependably quiet workspace.

At this time, this position is based remotely.

Starting pay is $12 an hour plus bonuses. We want each Call Center Agent to make at least $18 an hour after bonuses. Hourly wage and other bonuses will be paid every two weeks. Sales bonuses get paid monthly.
