The Listing Coordinator will manage the listing operation and marketing process including the coordination of photography and 3D tours, the execution of ad copy and property updates, and the sole oversight of listing performance. This position will report to the marketing manager and will work as a liaison with the asset management, maintenance, sales, and property management teams as it relates to active or upcoming listings.

The position is based out of Magnolia Capital's HQ in Chicago, IL.
Essential Job Duties
- Maintain awareness of real estate inventory, including pricing, availability, promotions, lease expirations, market activity and trends, and competitive available assets
- Ensure timely listing of for rent inventory, creating and updating home listing information, ordering new property photographs and 3D tours, and ensuring assets are listed accurately across third party listing sites and company website
- End to end management of the photography process including vendor management, media auditing, light photo editing (Adobe experience not required), and storage and organization
- Monitor real estate advertising trends as well as media industry trends to provide recommendations on advertising listing enhancements
- Support marketing analytics with listing performance reporting and contribute to marketing decision making
- Provide robust and timely feedback to the management team regarding market and real estate asset conditions, customer sentiment, and items that could improve or hinder performance
- Maintain extensive understanding of resident facing programs and platforms such as, smart home technology, NHR resident portal, maintenance platform, and any other resident-facing programs or processes
- Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws pertaining to real estate and property management
Education and Experience
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of marketing, leasing, or relevant sales experience required
- Experience working with or strong desire to learn Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
- Organized with a high attention to detail and passion for the creative arts
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; overtime may be required for this position
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple time sensitive deadlines
- Consistently strive for high customer satisfaction, going out of your way to be helpful and pleasant, making it as easy as possible on the customer
- Excellent time management, and ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Good written and verbal communication
- Must be flexible to handle tasks outside of their job description
