What our Sales Representatives do:

• Outside sales of tires and related services
• Identifying and soliciting potential customers to gain new business
• Managing accounts & maintaining customer relationships
• Travelling across an assigned local region in the Cincinnati/NKY or Columbus area

Qualifications for our Outside Sales Representatives:

• No tire experience necessary, but industry-related experience is desired
• Recent sales experience
• Competence in product demonstration & closing sales
• Self-motivated & driven to sell
• Great communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Valid DOT medical card is a plus (or the willingness to get one prior to employment)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
