BACK PARTS COUNTER SALES

Shift: Mid

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 10am-6:30pm

Job Overview:

• Ensure that the service techs are receiving the counter parts
• Ensure that the service techs requests are handled timely
• Inventory Control
• Customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Look up and sell parts to service and any over counter customer that comes in the service side
• Handle any overflow of parts calls
• Inform service when special order parts are in
• Pull from inventory correct parts needed for service
• Arrange and stage any parts for service orders on shelves when trucks aren’t in the shop yet
• Help maintain correct inventory
• Assist in inventories both perpetual and annual
• Attend monthly parts meetings
• Any other duties assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of parts and / or how parts departments work
• Organized and high attention to detail
• Good computer knowledge and Microsoft product knowledge
• Reliable, motivated, and high integrity
• Ability to work with in a team atmosphere striving towards a common goal
• Excellent customer service and time management
• Able to multi-task in a high paced environment
