Full description of the position

We are seeking Sales Associates to become an integral part of our client's team. You will be responsible for selling home furniture and décor.

Furniture experience is not needed to be successful in this role. If you work in hospitality, customer service, or have a background in sales, this role may be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify their needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
