We are seeking a driven candidate to join the River City Mortgage family as a Call Center Representative.
A day in the life of a Call Center Representative:
- Call potential customers and use scripts to provide information about RCM services.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand customer's needs.
- Record the customer's information accurately in the computer system.
- Go the extra mile to meet lead and quality expectations.

Success Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience preferred in a Call Center environment.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills.
- Persistent and results oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Effective problem solver to analyze solutions for customer service issues.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time, evening opportunities available.
Compensation: $22-$34+/hour - includes bonus ( this is a 12-9pm shift only)
