Full description of the position

Job Summary: Coordinate projects beginning with initial customer contact through pre-production stage.

Essential Functions:

Author initial customer correspondence.

Coordinate preliminary design review with Design Engineering.

Prepare quotes for customers

First contact with customer regarding all pre-production questions and concerns.

Monitors progress of projects to assure compliance with budget, delivery date and other issues.

While in production stage, coordinate with customer and Nifco staff regarding design changes, variances in costs.

Acts as liaison between Sales Department and other Nifco Departments to establish pricing, delivery, specification, etc.

Assists with customer communications during major quality conformance issues.

May occasionally travel by auto or aid to visit customers.

Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the company.

And all other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Education:

Minimum Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent education or experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Less than two years of professional sales experience particularly in automotive and/or injection molded parts.

Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact effectively with customers and other Nifco personnel.

Blueprint reading course (Honda)

Must be self-motivated and highly organized.

Proven skills in problem solving and decision making.

Highly detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
