Full description of the position

StaffDNA LLC, a fast-growing, digital marketplace healthcare staffing firm, is seeking to add a Business Development Representative to help lead sales efforts for StaffDNA’s talent solutions business line. This role will be helping hospital customers identify, connect and engage with talent to fill job openings through one of the fastest growing mobile applications on the market! Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to drive revenue and growth
  • Uncover opportunities to gain new business
  • Establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment
  • Work with current Account Managers to identify new business from current customers
  • Develop sales best practices, securing repeatable and expansive opportunities
  • Superior communication skills allowing you to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text and email
  • Competitive nature that motivates you to succeed and surpass your goals
  • Self-driven mentality
  • Innate talent for contract negotiation and creating revenue-increasing opportunities

Requirements

  • Staffing experience preferred, healthcare industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years of successful sales experience preferred
  • Superior communication skills allowing you to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text and email
  • Competitive nature and self-driven mentality that motivates you to succeed and surpass your goals
  • Innate talent for contract negotiation and creating revenue-increasing opportunities
