CSR - Customer Service & Sales Manager
Job Description
Firehouse Movers is a moving company which is family-owned by a retired local firefighter and has been in business over 20 years. We are looking for a Call Center Representative with experience delivering Excellent Customer Service! Must be a PROFESSIONAL, DEPENDABLE, ENERGETIC (yes fun), and OUTGOING PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE with SALES and direct customer-service support experience, and A GREAT ATTITUDE!

Responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships & sales team culture that THRIVE!
- Leadership training & developement
- Running Reports (calls, sales, % evaluations)
- Assist in Process Developement
- Traing new employees on processess
- Accountability on employee following processess
- Employee evaluations & employee disipline
- Daily sales meetings & education
- Weekly meetings with detailed reports of sales with opertaions
- Answering incoming calls (high volume).
- Making timely follow up calls to leads.
- Experience turning leads into Opportunities!
- Accurate data entry of customer information and notes.
- Identifying customer needs, accurately and efficiently.
- Providing accurate and timely quotes to customers for all their packing, moving, and/or storage needs.
- Scheduling customers packing, moving and/or storage opportunities.
- Confirm accuracy of quote prior to booking opportunities in the system.
- Assist with all customer requested changes & needs in a timely manner.
- Work with team in handling all Calls, Emails, Texts and Chats in timely manner.
- Reviewing scripts and talking points to improve knowledge and performance level.
Requirements:
- Management & Leadership Experience (A Must)
- Work schedule: Arrive prior to sales team & last to leave on sales team (SET THE EXAMPLE) Monday - Friday 7:45 to 5:30.
- Ability to work Saturday shifts (when needed) including attending Saturday developement meetings when hosted
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Attention to detail & follow processes
- Computer skills and experience (Microsoft Office Word and Excel a MUST)
- Professionally handle High Stress Situations.
- Strong leadership work ethic with the highest level of accountability.
- Persuasive and motivational conversation skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Problem Solving Strategies & Flexibility is a MUST.
- Team oriented disposition.
- Pass Background check.
