We are seeking an individual to join our National HVAC Division, adding value by supporting our Leadership Team in meeting growth and profitability expectations. In the role of National HVAC Division Business Development Specialist, you will regularly work closely with the Division Manager, Region Managers, Profit Center Managers, key teammates, and Vendor Partners.
Key Job Responsibility:
- Win the Trust, Respect and Confidence of the Profit Center Manager (PCM) Team to facilitate alignment
- Create and present growth opportunities to inspire PCM alignment
- Work closely with PCMs to identify and promote best practices
- In-field coaching and training for PCMs & TMs
- Prospecting & Targeting
- Customer Conversion
- Customer sales process & business development
- Consultative Selling
- Vendor Program education & utilization
- HVAC-Specific Team training & development
- Hajoca Digital Tools: WOE & Service Tool Suite
- Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities in alignment with Division priorities
- Craft and communicate growth plan proposals for key business segments, and helping educate PCMs on successful execution in contractor stratification: Residential Repair & Replacement, RNC, Commercial Repair & Replacement, CNC, Multi-Family
- Joint calls with PC teammates on Key current and prospective Customers
- Craft, communicate, and facilitate Hajoca-specific customer promotions in such a way as to inspire participation
- Create Sales & Purchasing resources for PCMs/PCs
- Plan and organize Division/Region workshops/events as required
- Vendor Liaison and Resource: Act as point of Contact for Vendors for programs, promotions, and Vendor Co-Op funding
- Identify alternative Vendors for key product segments to ensure 95%+ In-Stock Availability
- Negotiate terms with key segment Vendors to create Synergy and options to meet 95%+
- Work with vendors to develop training resources, programs, and incentives
- Coordinate and pursue Co-op programs
- Coordinate and Lead Divisional & PC (with their PCMs) DSC teammates

Reporting Structure:
Direct Report to Region Manager for their respective Regions

Dotted line reporting from PC-Specific DSCs to HVAC Business Development Resource
Required Skills:
College degree and 5 years (minimum) HVAC industry experience
Proven track record of growing sales with existing and new customers and segments
Passion for Customer Service
Skillful communicator in both Large & Small group settings
Impeccable standards of Ethics & Integrity in alignment with Hajocas Core Values
