As Sales Administrator your mission will be to drive sales growth through detailed sales reporting and analysis, and management of item data and content on customer portals. You will interact with customers regularly to assist with new item set up, logistics and inventory details. You will take initiative and explore use of new technologies and automation to continuously improve the organizations processes.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years demonstrated experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, consumer packaged goods, or distribution environment
- Experience working with customers and customer portals
- Experience in Data Analysis and reporting
- Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint

- Flexible – willing to take on new tasks as required and change processes to best support the sales team
- Ability to drive continuous process improvements and sales growth
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage online content and item data across all customers, and maintain and administer Customer Portals
- Track sales KPI’s and Monitor POS Sales Data, by creating and updating a variety of metrics reporting tools on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Support Sales Team members with all sales activities within the sales process
- Administer, track, and maintain sales campaigns
- Assist with meeting scheduling
- Maintain the customer database in the CRM system
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate where appropriate
- Monitor MAP pricing and manage compliance enforcement
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Sale revenue forecasting: Analyze forecast accuracy and reporting
