AdaptHealth is a respiratory medical equipment company that is seeking an energetic, hard working, organized individual looking for a sales and marketing assistant position. This is an entry level sales position for a recent college graduate looking to enter the medical sales field. The territory covered will be the Cincinnati/Northern KY area.
The ideal candidate for this multi-tasking position shall demonstrate strong communication skills, strong work ethic, professionalism, and computer proficiency. Living in or near the territory is preferable and a reliable vehicle is required. Sales/Customer Service experience or administrative assistant experience is a plus.
Must be able to work in a dynamic fast paced work environment.

Job Duties:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Work directly with Sr. Sales Rep in territory to assist with daily activities, order processing and marketing efforts
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong oral communication skills and time management skills
- Ability to read medical records and effectively manage documentation
- Reliable transportation required and valid Driver's License
- Be knowledgeable of and responsible for the current AeroCare policies and procedures that apply to this position.
- Identifies, contacts, and builds relationships with referral sources.
- Maintains periodic contact with referral sources with information regarding guideline changes, products, and services.
- Helps answers questions for referral sources.
- Delivers and picks up required paperwork from physicians, such as doctors orders and CMN’s.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of home equipment, insurance guidelines, eligibility, and reimbursement for patients.
- Comply with all federal, state and local regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Other duties as assigned.
- Occasional overnight travel to meetings and sales trainings
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence
