Window and Door Sales

Residential – Custom home builder sales.

We have and excellent opportunity for results driven professionals that have experience in our industry. We are a growing company and are seeking qualified professional sales consultants to help us maintain existing business and bring in new customers in established, and new markets.

Our company offers turnkey installation and a unique product mix that sets us apart from the competition.

Residential Single Family Custom Home representatives needed for the Charlotte Metro area.

Responsibilities

· Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships.

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· Coordinate sales efforts with team members.

· Perform takeoffs, submit RFP’s to vendors, write proposals.

· Track sales and assist with project management of installed sales.

Skills

· Proven work experience as a sales representative with a successful track record in our industry. We will consider individuals with construction sales experience from other industries.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

· Experience with Paradigm estimating software and other construction estimating software a definite plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $158,436.50 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indian Trail, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
