EA Langenfeld ([please apply online] an innovative Sales, and Marketing company has an exciting opportunity working out of our headquarter office in Mount Prospect, IL for an energetic, self-starter to join our team as a salaried Sales Support Specialist, working with one of our largest clients.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance. Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus. We are looking for an analytical thinker who works well with multifunctional groups/people and can coordinate the completion of tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with special focus on Excel; including a working knowledge of Pivot Tables is a necessity. Occasional overnight travel to trade shows will be required.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing weekly/monthly sales and other related reports and be able to

analyze and coordinate responses to the sales team.

• Analyzing any gaps in monthly forecasting for all accounts.
• Submitting and monitoring promotional activity and product allocations
• Coordinating special projects, presentations or reporting to support the internal and client sales teams.
• Processing direct ship orders in our system and sending them to client for processing after ensuring pricing, dating and the like meet clients’ requirements.
• Working directly with client customer service personnel on order issues, processing, and follow-up with account contacts.
• Working with our customer’s sales and replenishment teams to ensure smooth flow of pricing, products and inventory needs being met.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
