Our insurance department is currently looking for an Account Management Trainee who can grow into an Insurance Account Manager via close work with our Insurance Account Manager and systematic training. At Zhou Agency (Jun Zhou Insurance Agency), you will have the ability to grow in your job and enhance your insurance knowledge on an ongoing basis.

This position will have the opportunity to grow into an Insurance Account Manager role in one year after the candidate successfully graduates from the trainee period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Managers in managing assigned accounts

• Support Account Managers to provide qualified insurance advisory services to clients

• Work closely with our Account Managers to build risk management programs for our clients

• Help to create a good relationship with our insurance carriers

• Adapt to the team needs and assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or above in economics, business management, or a related field

• Recent graduates or Senior Students

• Fluency in English & Spoken Chinese

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must possess strong organizational skills and time management

• Perform tasks with superior professional demeanor, including interaction with staff and clients

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is necessary

• Basic knowledge of insurance risk management concepts and techniques or Insurance Industry experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
