Who are we looking for?
The Client Success Manager functions as an advocate and expert problem solver for customers after the go-live phase of implementation. You will build relationships with customers through regular phone, video, and face to face communication, be responsible for on-going product education as well as finding solutions to customer problems. The right candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker who can prioritize and manage situations with multiple clients, delivering the highest level of customer service and communication. To be successful CSM you must be highly analytical with the ability to use data to drive decision making, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
This role will regularly travel domestically to major accounts and professional events.
How much experience are we looking for?
You may be hired as an Associate Client Success Manager, Client Success Manager, or Sr. Client Success Manager based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $75,00 to $120,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
What will you do?
- Ensure total client success and satisfaction with the XIFIN RCM solution
- In a client facing capacity, coordinate financial metrics and reports that highlight financial performance and client profitability
- Provide customer with system & workflow expertise for business optimization
- Assess and define customer training needs and delivery options
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a relevant discipline
- 3 years client facing healthcare background including experience in healthcare billing and RCM support or similar customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience with medical billing software and systems, and workflow management
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time, based on company and governmental travel guidelines
- Equivalent educational and professional experience will be considered
