OnsiteRaytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is looking for a Principal Systems Engineer Satellite Ground System Cost Account Manager (CAM). As the CAM, you will support a diverse team of engineers for this software development program. The IPT CAM reports programmatically to the Operations Manager and functionally to the program’s Section Manager, and interfaces with the other IPT CAMs, IPT Leads, and the Program Engineer.
Location: Aurora, CO
Relocation assistance available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.
Security Clearance: An Active and In-Scope TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $15,000 for a candidate with an Active TS/SCI clearance that can be verified when hired at RI&S.
- CAM serving with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers
- Management of the IPT’s cost and schedule, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques
- Experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle
- Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly command and control functionality
- Experience in change management and cost estimation.
- Capable of becoming Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Systems, Test, and/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
- Experience in Systems Engineering process development and deployment
Education and Experience Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
OR 6 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree (Typically STEM focused - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)

“In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $89,000 to $189,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
