Advance-Esthetic is growing! We are a young company in the Esthetics equipment industry providing consulting, sales, training, and marketing for estheticians and spa owners. We are owned & operated in Florida and are continuing to add to our sales team in California and Texas.

Ideal candidates for our Inside Sales Rep position will be active, energetic, organized professionals who present well and excel at building/fostering long lasting business relationships every day.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and requests from current and prospective clients.
• Conduct over the phone and virtual consultations & presentations of our services.
• Achieving monthly sales goals for new contracts and revenue contracted.
• Developing relationships & following-up with clients.
• This position is focused on obtaining new and selling into existing accounts.
• Must attend trade shows
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must be trainable and coachable with a positive attitude.
• This is a highly active, results-oriented position. Candidates should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals.
• We value previous esthetic sales experience, but do not require it. We will train the right candidate.
• Achieve/Exceed sales goals
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently but in a team environment
• B2B Sales: 2 years Preferred.
• Must have CRM experience
• Bilingual a plus.

Compensation:*

• $40,000 per year PLUS commissions
• Monthly Performance Bonuses
• Uncapped Commissions
• Benefits after 90 days

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
