InteliChart is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team. What you will be doing in this role:

The Solutions Consultant works closely with the sales team to help prospective clients understand, visualize, and achieve their organizational goals using InteliChart solutions. This position supports the sales team during the pre-sales phase with product knowledge and solution development. The Solutions Consultant collaborates extensively with other departments to learn new features and functionality and provide prospective client feedback regarding product.

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Maintain current product information and coordinate with implementation teams to develop solutions and strategies for a successful deployment.
• Assist with requirements gathering and the RFI/RFP process.
• Create and stage content in the demo environment for prospective clients for all products and markets.
• Communicate prospective client likes/dislikes with internal stakeholders.
• Work with sales and account management to support upsell opportunities to existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop solution gaps, competitive differentiators, and competitive landscape.
• Assist sales and marketing in the development of market and product messaging.
• Provide post-sales support and information to resolve customer problems, as needed.
• Travel as needed.

What you need for this position:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of prior working experience with a healthcare organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with solutions, sales and/or operational experience.
• Demonstrated success with specific focus on healthcare IT solutions.
• Customer service focused with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment in a collaborative manner.
• Self-directed with the ability to execute day-to-day operational activities with clients and other functional areas.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office product suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with using Web meeting software.
