It is an exciting time to for our teams at Enquire Solutions and we are looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Representative who will represent and support our clients across the nation. This is an important role that will ensure world class experience to our customers.
Our team embraces a supportive and innovative culture to continuously deliver the most user-friendly experience for our clients and provide optimal customer experience.
What you will do:
- Answer inbound phone calls from clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers who have requested information about senior living communities.
- Analyze customer need and maintain a positive and informative demeaner.
- Assist customers with finding the right senior living community for their loved ones
What we are looking for:
- Strong oral communication skills
- An empathetic demeanor and compassion for people during a difficult time in their lives
- Sales and customer support experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
We are currently working remotely, but do plan on returning to our office in the Denver Tech Center when it is safe to do so. Here are some of the shifts that we have available and are looking to fill:
Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday – Monday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Saturday – Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
About joining our team:
This is an hourly position working 40 hours per week. We offer competitive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term & Long-term Disability, Life Insurance, 401k, FSA Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.
The range for commission for this position is $17 - $20/ hourly + commission
