Now Hiring - Telecommunications Sales Associate in Gastonia, NC

The job of a Store Associate involves selling great products and unlimited wireless service to our customers and providing great customer service in a fun energetic environment. This is a specialized position in which, an individual is required to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment. Deliver outstanding customer service. Strive to retain and gain customers. Participate in outside sales events, flyer distribution, or promotions. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment.

Requirements: Standard 40 hours workweek applies. English/Spanish bilingual preferred. Shifts vary from day to evening.

Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
