Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Utica, MI

We are looking for a qualified full time Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, spare parts, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. The Inside Sales will follow up on tasks and ensure responses are received. The individual must be able to work as a member of a team. The individual will work with and support the Service Department, Sales, Engineering and the Manufacturing departments as required.

Essential duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Monitor generic email address for incoming inquiries
• Quote all "standard parts"
• Follow up via email/phone on quotes at fixed dates
• Handle RMA requests in collaboration with Sales Manager, design team and the shop personnel (includes quoting repair cost)
• Update pricing information on standard and spare parts
• Collect payment/shipping information from customers
• Organize trade shows
• Standard part sales
• Light engineering work

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in business or equivalent
• Good phone, oral, and written communication skills
• Previous experience working with an Order Entry/CRM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Mathematical skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages
• Be a team player able to work with and support other departments and interact positively with coworkers, customers and suppliers

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
