Full description of the position

Customer Service Associates are expected to provide outstanding service, maintain a clean, customer friendly environment, stock and merchandise products, and operate the register. All store employees are also expected to demonstrate reliability, honesty, self motivation, and above average customer service skills. Sales Associates must also be able to work with minimum or no supervision.

Daily responsibilities include:

· Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service

· Drive sales through effective communication with customers

· Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment

· Ring sales and maintain accurate cash control

· Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments

· Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)

· Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

Physical Requirements

This position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs., and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 lbs. Must be able to work in cold environments for short periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.56 - $16.00 per hour
