As an Inside Sales Representative - your role will be focused on B2B sales or our toys to a broad and varied network of specialty retail customers including toys stores, gift shops, bookstores, hardware stores, garden centers and tourism shops, among many others. These sales efforts will be conducted primarily in the office by phone, email or online with a focus on customer retention, new business development and support of our outside independent sales representatives. Plus-Plus USA is the exclusive distributor of Plus-Plus toys in the United States with offices in Greenville, SC and Akron, OH. Our Akron offices manage the sales, service, and channel marketing functions to our broad network of retail customers including national, specialty and online retail partnerships.

Inside Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Sales calling and communications – both inbound and outbound – via phone, video, email and online
- Sales and customer service for existing B2B retail partners
- Cold calling and development of prospective B2B retail partners
- Proficient use of email and other forms of electronic communication
- Learning and proficient use of our order management and CRM systems
- Sales channel oversight, analysis, strategic planning, and development
- Inside sales support for our network of independent outside representatives
- Work collaboratively with our administration, marketing, and operational teams
- Some potential trade show travel
- Implement and execute procedures and contribute to ongoing improvements
Skills Needed:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Likeable, trustworthy and engaging personality
· Disciplined and driven with honesty and integrity
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· A customer focused mindset
· Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
Hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday through Friday. Full-time candidate preferred, but part-time may be considered. Please specify preference when applying.
Pay: starting at $35,000 plus bonuses / incentives
