Sales Associate

As part of the team your responsibilities will include ordering product, stocking shelves, working with delivery crews and handling customer issues.

Motor City Hot Tubs has locations in Waterford, Shelby Twp and Novi which offers a wide range of hot tubs, swim spas, patio and the essentials for a complete outdoor living package. We also offer a full line of chemicals and products to maintain our customer purchases.

Must haves:

• Be a self-starter
• Someone who possesses good communication skills and are comfortable supervising other staff.
• A minimum of a high school diploma

Nice to have:

• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Your computer skills must include scheduling, POS, Google, Excel and Word.

• Background with Point of Sale software including inventory control
• Experience in customer relations

Compensation:

You would be starting with a base of $500wk or commission which ever is greater. If you are driven and hungry salesperson you will appreciate the commission structure.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Novi, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
