About us

We currently have an opportunity for an assistant lot manager for our Gastonia, NC location. You will sell sheds, carports, playsets, chicken coops, dog kennels, and steel built garages. No experience is needed in this industry, but is helpful. You will need a great attitude, willingness to learn, and to be a self starter. You must have a good track record, computer experience, and a desire for interacting with customers.

The right person will be organized and responsible, self-motivated and able to follow directions from an on-site supervisor as well as work independently. We offer the best quality and value in our product lines and the freedom to make this job feel like you are running your own business. We welcome and would prefer applicants that are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Your pay is totally up to you! Compensation is hourly plus commission potential and there is no cap on earnings! The more you sell the more you make.

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help grow our company. The successful candidate will need to be highly personable and motivated, possess strong communication skills and have a commitment to our business. Candidates should be able to work independently, manage projects and meet deadlines, and have a proven track record of helping businesses grow. We're seeking candidates who enjoy being on the phone, talking to new people everyday, are highly self-motivated and have a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Present the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Provide clients with a proposal.
• Implement and execute a sales strategy.
• Ask for a commitment and follow up to earn the sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
