An exciting opportunity to work closely with sales management of the country’s foremost maker of fine clocks. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Customer Service, the ideal candidate will be energetic, detailed oriented and a self-starter. He/She must have prior inside sales experience and can bring the following qualities to this position:
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability and confidence to interact with outside customers and internal staff.
- Proven Administrative Skills - Ability to manage inbound and outbound sales activity, resolving customer issues, entering customer orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide telephone service support to a variety of customers and end users.
- Outbound selling to various channels, including gift/jewelry, special markets, marine, government and corporate
- Process orders, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment and order priority.
- Provide customer support for repair department and e-commerce.
- Perform variety of general support and administrative duties, as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, or some college, or equivalent work experience
- Prior inside customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required.
