Inside Sales – National Account Executive

#5. Compensation

This role is unique. The true highlight of this opportunity is Residual Income. Where you get paid every month on all the accounts you have; Which only grows over time!

You would be paid in four streams of income for this particular opportunity.

• Base pay - Some guaranteed money although minimal is combined with three other streams of income so you never get just base pay
• Bonuses - two kinds - Performance and Action based
• Uncapped Commission - YES! uncapped so sell as much as you possibly can
• Residual Income - The true gem of the opportunity, Residual Income, where you constantly make more money for yourself month after month and guarantees you a raise in your income year after year.

First Year OTE, estimated $60-125K conservatively. Vested after 7 years.
