Sales / Business Development / Account Management

Sales Manager - HVAC Industry

$100,000 to start plus commissions, bonuses and full benefits

As Sales Manager, you will:

• Join a specialist in products for the HVAC and Plumbing Industries
• Manage a 10-member Sales Team
• Direct and coordinate sales activities within the Department
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction to junior team members
• Allocate labor and resources according to business needs
• Support a mostly-local group of clients (less than 10% travel)
• Set goals and uphold KPIs
• Administer department budgets and approve expenditures
• Conduct analysis and produce forecasts
• Develop strong relationships with key strategic accounts
• Participate in business development opportunities
• Handle escalated issues and complaints
• Hire, onboard and train new team members
• Serve as an ongoing resource for new and existing employees
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as necessary

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 5 years of Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management experience
• Sales Management / Sales Manager experience or similar
• Supervisory experience

Pluses:

• +++ Related experience with HVAC, Plumbing and/or similar products
• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
