JOB SUMMARY

The Healthcare Area General Manager has full P&L responsibility for their geographic area - including sales/revenue growth and operating income. Area General Manager is responsible for multiple operational sites with $3M in annual revenue and leading operations, sales, and clinical team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for leading, managing, and directing operations and sales support performance of the local healthcare delivery sites. Operations include customer service call center operations, clinical service, and logistics/warehouse teams

• Responsible for revenue budget by supporting sales strategy and growth initiatives through selling to key accounts and managing activities of local teams

• Responsible for supporting and servicing revenue growth/market share gain

• Retains and builds relationships with key healthcare prescribers, payors, and customers

• Ensures operational procedures comply with federal, state, local requirements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and performance management of subordinate staff

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

· Education or experience equivalent to a 4 year college degree is required

· At least 10 years related experience with full P&L responsibility, multi-unit/site and $3M annual revenue is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,452.00 - $81,008.00 per year
